Believe it or not, not all the calls I get are about setting up appointments or scheduling listing appointments. I often am asked to offer advice and insight when it comes to making significant changes to a home. Kitchens and bathrooms are typically the hottest topics, and are also usually the most expensive rooms to remodel. When buyers are looking at homes, they tend to put a lot of focus on the kitchen. After all, most families spend an inordinate amount of time there, especially when you have children. The kitchen, in addition to where we fix meals, is the nerve center of the home. Besides, if you entertain at all, you know every good party always winds up in the kitchen!
