I can’t tell you the number of times I have been working with a Real Estate Buyer, particularly one moving to Danville, KY from elsewhere, that has pulled up to a house with me and said, “Don’t like it. Let’s move on to the next one.” For a buyer like that, their time is very valuable because they may only be here for a few days, and they want to maximize their opportunity to find the right home for their family. It doesn’t matter that the inside of the home is absolutely ideal for them because they won’t change their mind no matter how much I try to persuade them to just go inside for a quick look.
What they don’t realize is that a few simple tasks to the exterior of the home could make a world of difference. So with that in mind, I thought I would offer some tips to help avoid falling in to that trap when you are ready to put your house on the market. Spring is here and ’tis the season for Real Estate!
